VSM Bratislava Capitals Hire Kirill Katrich

The VSM Bratislava Capitals have hired former Ukrainian National Team player Kirill Katrich as its Head Coach.

"Kirill and I go back a long way.  I was his agent when he came over to North America in 2008 for his first North American season."  Said Director of Hockey Operations Joseph Kolodziej "We have kept in touch over the years, and he has been coaching in Russia since the war in Ukraine began.  Now we will be working on the visa to bring him and his family to Bratislava in May."

The VSM Bratislava Capitals are proud to be one of the founding members of the European Union College Hockey League.  A league designed by North American hockey professionals for North American players.

Coach Katrich will incorporate a North American style of play, and will continue to develop players as they earn their degree.  

The VSM Bratislava Capitals offer a United States based education on the Bratislava campus through CityU Seattle.  It is a traditional four year program with all classes in English.  This is a business management specialty university, centrally located in the Capital City of Bratislava.
