Coach Fako comes to the Bratislava Capitals, with extensive international experience in player development and high-performance coaching. A product of HC Slovan Bratislava development, Coach Fako has worked with youth, junior, women’s, and senior teams in Slovakia, Switzerland, and Luxembourg, serving as a head coach, sports director, and skills coach.  His experience and continuing relationship with HC Slovan Bratislava will serve the Bratislava Capitals players are they prepare for professional opportunities upon graduation.

Juraj Sajben comes to the Bratislava Capitals by way of Stjernen Ung in Narway, HC Slovan Bratislava, Vienna Capitals, and multiple Swiss organizations.  Coach Sajben is a former team mate of Coach Fako, and he will focus on techical and skill development of the Bratislava Capitals players.

More than thirty years experience in player development brings Joseph to Bratislava.  For thirty one years, assisting players along their development paths, Joseph has helped more than five hundred players reach the professional levels. Taking that experience and applying it in Bratislava will assist players who are seeking to play professional hockey in the future in Europe.  

Dan Hodge brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Bratislava Capitals.  The former NCAA Division I player went on to play professionally for ten years before entering the coaching side of hockey.  For the past four seasons Hodge has been coaching in the NCDC after having experience as a coach at the minor professional level. Dan Hodge will be watching the NCDC primarily for players who may fit a professional style of play in Europe.

Shaun Falzone brings twelve years of experience in the player development field as a coach at the U16, U18, USPHL Premier and ACHA levels.  He will be looking at players throughout the Mid West that have an interest in not only playing college hockey but eventually playing professionally in Europe.

Marek Karais is the Bratislava Capitals team photographer along with being the VSM CityU Marketing Manager. Marek is a specialist in sports photography and an integral member of the VSM CityU admissions team.
