Tommy Jacques Named Sparx Forward Of The Week

Bratislava Capitals forward earns league recognition following an impressive offensive performance

The European Union College Hockey League (EUCHL) is proud to announce that Tommy Jacques of the VSM Bratislava Capitals has been named the Sparx Forward of the Week, recognizing his offensive contributions as the Capitals continue their inaugural season representing VSM City University of Seattle.

Jacques delivered a standout performance in Bratislava's dominant 7–1 victory over the VSFS Prague Guardians on October 24, scoring twice during a decisive second-period offensive surge that helped put the game out of reach.

The Capitals broke open a competitive contest with a five-goal second period, and Jacques played a central role in the offensive explosion. His two goals demonstrated his finishing ability and helped Bratislava establish control on the road.

Jacques also contributed to the Capitals' offensive attack in their season-opening 7–2 victory over Łódź Legion, recording a goal and an assist as Bratislava began its EUCHL campaign with an emphatic win.

His contributions reflect the offensive depth developing within the Capitals lineup and the impact Jacques has made as the team establishes itself in the league's inaugural season.
