"We are incredibly excited to welcome Brasco to Bratislava," said Kirill Katrich, Head Coach of the VSM Bratislava Capitals. We are looking forward to working with him and preparing him for professional hockey upon his graduation."
Cirillo joins the Capitals as part of the innovative student-athlete program, which allows players to pursue higher education while competing at a high level of college hockey in Europe, with exposure to professional scouts in various European leagues.
"I chose VSM Bratislava because of the unique opportunity to combine a quality education with competitive hockey in Europe," said Cirillo. "VSM and its Business Management degree was exactly what I wanted when I was thinking about college. Its an opportunity to have a great college hockey experience and a great life experience."
